Procurement Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Supervise the entire Procurement Operation and manage the smooth flow of work
• Develop and maintain effective relationships with other departments, and relevant third parties to develop good working relationships and ensure an efficient procurement function
• Review the Purchase Requisition (PR) received from Departments for completeness, identify the CAPEX & OPEX required, determines the priorities and manage the team with effective and efficient support
• Ensures the accurate completion of all procurement requests to include the proper documentation of materials and cost expenditures
• Monitor all outstanding purchase orders and requisitions to ensure fulfilment or cancellation without loss of funds
• Cost control and review weekly and monthly Purchase Orders and prepare the report in line with the budget
• Responds to written and verbal inquiries from a variety of suppliers for the purpose of resolving problems and providing information

Job Requirements:

Required Qualifications And Skills

• Civil/Electrical Engineering Background person with Telecom Environment knowledge
• 3-5 years experience in related field
• Strong and proven negotiation skills, excellent interpersonal skills and a team player
• Accuracy and good attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure and with tough deadlines
• Strong understanding of local law and practice
• Possess excellent skills in databases, word processing, spreadsheet, desktop publishing and presentation applications

Working Time:

9:00 AM ~ 5:00 PM

Monday ~ Friday

Saturday & Sunday closed
