Job Description:
Responsibilities
- Developing and leading corporate legal strategy to promote and protect the company's matters
- Advising the CEO and other senior corporate officers on a variety of legal related issues
- Provide legal advice to the business and relevant departments of the company as needed
- Reporting on legal, risks, litigation and ESG activities to the Board of Directors of the company as needed
- Advising on the legal implications of company policies and procedures
Job Requirements:
Required Qualifications And Skills
- Must have a law degree from an accredited law school with at three years of working experience in a legal corporate environment with the core legal function
- Strong understanding on Myanmar Law & practices
- Knowledge of corporate laws
- Excellent attention to detail and good interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and Critical thinking evaluation skills
- Fluent in English
Working Time:
9:00 AM ~ 5:00 PM
Monday ~ Friday
Saturday & Sunday closed
