[Position Closed] Compliance Manager

Responsibilities

• Advise and support business units relating to compliance and regulatory risk to create a strong compliance culture
• Responsible for supporting the management team to ensure that overall position in regarding to all compliance issues are well safe-prepared
• Monitor on  AML/CFT FATCA practices and provide valued comment or instruction when any abnormal cases occurred
• Responsible for the completeness of regulatory reports as well as act as the second line of defense before auditing 

Job Requirements:

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor or Master’s degree in Laws, Economics, Business Administrations, or related fields
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Compliance, Risk Management, or related roles
• Knowledgeable in banking rules and regulations
• Strong presentation and communication skills
