Job Description:
Responsibility
- Develop and implement a business plan for profitability.
- Plans and organizes staff welfare activities and programmers to engage employees.
- Collect market intelligence of consumer trends and behavior.
- Reports directly to the Chairman and responsible for the overall stability and profitability of the whole operation.
Job Requirements:
Requirements
- Degree in Business Management /Business Administration or equivalent, MBA .
- Experience on the international level business is a must.
- Exposure to International level communication is an added advantage.
- Minimum 4 years and above of working experience as general manager.
- Good communication and leadership skills.
Working Time:
9 am to 6 pm
Monday to Friday
Saturday - half day
