[Position Closed] Security Operation (Head)

Job Descriptions

1) Defines and implements high quality, mobile first, hardware first, security service at DPS

Propel

• Recruit, orient, and train security personnel on appropriate security rules and procedures
• Develop and enforce security protocols, policies, and procedures necessary for

safeguarding lives and property of the Bank.

• Training plan and roll out of training for all ABMs and guards on the new Security SOP
• Prepare and control the budget for security operations to ensure delivery of high quality

security services

• Oversee the coordination of staff during an emergency situation
• Working alongside Area Business Managers (ABMs) and Regional Business Managers
• (RBMs) to assign guard duties to security personnel to ensure effective distribution of workload
• Keep track of incidents in order to evaluate them and recommend a course of action
• Oversee the installation of safety alarms within and around building premises
• Schedule shift patrol to ensure a building/property is guarded at all times
• Implement safety and health policies and procedures to protect employees against workplace hazard
• Develop and manage the processes for securing classified and sensitive information
• Set up key controls on company equipment and facility to limit access to restricted property
• Order the supply of security tools and equipment required in carrying out security operations
• Prepare and present reports of incidents and ways to limit recurrence
• Liaise with public law enforcement agencies and fire department
• Oversee the planning and coordination of security operations during high-risk events.

2) Makes the business ready for commercial operations outside of Bank.

• Defines the commercial model SLA with Bank.
• Defines the commercial model and strategy for external customers
• Implements branding, uniforms etc.
• Ensures labor practices are competitive

3) Delivers against the security budget/P&L

• Co accountable from delivering against the cleaning budget/P&L

Job Requirements:

Requirements

• +5 years of experience in security management and a implementation role of security operations
• Speak and write English fluently & leadership skills, eager to grow in an international environment
• High school diploma and relevant experience in a law
• A Bachelor’s degree in criminal justice, public administration, or in a related course
• Coordinate and direct the security operations of Bank to ensure the safety of lives and property
• Communicating the security requirements of the Bank to ABMs, RBMs and to security personnel regularly
• Able to work with a team of security officers to ensure protection of a property

Working Time:

Monday to Friday

9 AM to 5 PM
